7am Sunrise Vinyasa, Dragons Breath Yoga

It's Vinyasa, with a waking up energetic.

Vinyasa is steady dynamic flow of connected yoga asanas linked with breath in a continuous movement. This style class can include traditional Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutations) A & B, twists, back bends, hip openers, shoulder openers, and/or inversions and arm balances.

All levels are welcome. The instructor will offer kramas (levels/modifications) to fit all level of student, so that beginners can feel comfortable, and advanced students can feel challenged


Thursdays

1:00-1:45pm Vinyasa Yoga, Crunch Metro Center

Vinyasa means breathing systems. Vinyasa Yoga synchronizes movement with breath, linking the postures together into a dynamic practice. The breath is used as a constant point of reference for returning to and resting in the present moment. All levels are welcome.

5:40-6:40pm Vinyasa Flow Yoga, Northwest Sport&Health

Exercise for your mind, body and soul. Experience a flowing style linking flowing movement with breath. Special attention is paid to easing into postures, finding proper alignment, and using minimal effort to allow muscle and joint release while holding a pose.
